Phil and his team rock! 20 years ago, we met Phil, and he helped us find our home. Back in April, when we decided to list our house, we knew we wanted Phil to help again, this time to sell our home as our family is moving to Texas. We wanted to make as much money as possible, and we knew our house needed some work before listing. Phil gave us his recommendations to get top dollar. It was more money than we wanted to spend, but we made every single improvement he suggested. Phil’s knowledge of real estate, market conditions, and timing was invaluable. He said we needed to get things done ASAP. Since Phil has been in the real estate world for over 30 years, he has developed a lot of relationships with contractors in the community. He recommended a couple of them that do great work and could get it done fast. I accepted a new job in Utah and was given several realtor options as a part of my relocation package with the new company. After meeting with two other realty teams, my wife and I decided to hire Phil to help us sell our house in Federal Way, WA.
