Welcome to Renton

Renton sits on the southeast shore of Lake Washington and at the junction of three major highways: I-5, I-405, and State Route 167. That means we have easy access to Seattle, Bellevue, SeaTac Airport, and the rest of the Puget Sound area.

Renton was incorporated in the early 1900s, but we really started to grow when Boeing began building planes here during World War II. In the decades since, many large corporations have set up homes here, including Paccar, which makes Kenworth and Peterbilt commercial vehicles.

The downtown core has been revitalized and is now home to the Piazza. During the summer, the Piazza hosts a farmers market, but there are events here throughout the year.

Renton has homes of all styles—luxury homes on the water or in the Highlands, condos and townhouses overlooking Lake Washington, and new homes in friendly neighborhoods.

If you’d like to learn more about Renton, let us know. We’d love to show you around and help you find your perfect home.
